Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the non-profit industry, situated in Los Angeles, California. This role involves a range of administrative and support duties, centred around enhancing the efficiency of our team. The Executive Assistant will be tasked with proofreading documents, understanding and implementing company policies, carrying out administrative procedures, and using various technology tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough proofreading of documents to identify and correct errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies, guidelines, and compliance regulations, and ensure they are adhered to in all operations.

• Execute administrative procedures proficiently, such as filing, record-keeping, and time management.

• Develop basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts to support financial operations.

• Utilize various software applications proficiently, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email (Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Zoom/ Teams).

• Manage customer applications, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Use skills in Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, and Correspondence to enhance job performance. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a non-profit organization

• Proficiency in using Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time

• Exceptional skills in calendar management and scheduling

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with conference call coordination and correspondence handling

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field would be preferred.
