Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting tier I/II issues for Windows and MACs, while also administering Active Directory, O365 and troubleshooting software/hardware issues that arise.

Duration: 3 mo. CTH

Pay Rate: $35/hr.

Salary Upon Conversion: $75K

ONBOARDING: COVID VAX REQUIREMENT, TB TEST, LIVESCAN WILL BE REQUIRED.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a MAC environment working with JAMF and supporting laptops, desktops and Apple devices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using MAC OS, Windows, iOS, Microsoft Office 365, A/V support, and Google Apps for Education

• Will be assisting students, faculty and staff for a user base of 600+, must be comfortable working in a team environment of 3

• Responsible for deployment, configuration and maintenance of all iPads and Apple Tv's, as well as providing 1st level customer service for calls received via the Helpdesk

• Strong customer service, great communicator

• Experience in troubleshooting iPads, MACs, some Windows

• Apps: Google based apps, Adobe, AV work , Apple School Manager (nice to have)

• Higher education experience is preferred, not required
