position,reports to the Unit Director and serves as an expert clinical leader
and role model of clinical best practices. Experienced professional who
provides direct clinical supervision to professional and technical employees.
Spends the majority of time (50% or more) achieving clinical organizational
objectives through the coordinated clinical achievements of subordinate staff.
Participates in establishing clinical departmental goals and objectives.
Manages the accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and often physical
resources to facilitate coordinated and quality patient care in compliance with
departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
Salary
range: $116,500 - $282,300 Annually
Qualifications
We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated
nursing professional with:
BSN required, MSN highly preferred
CA RN license required
BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Extensive Emergency Department experience as an RN required
5 years of current acute care experience, required
At least two years of charge RN or nurse leadership experience, required
CEN required
Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 12 months
Progressive leadership experienced preferred
