Meta Client Solutions Manager, Disruptors in Los Angeles, California

Summary:

Meta's Disruptor team is seeking an ambitious, strategic, and relationship obsessed Client Solutions Manager with exceptional platform expertise and data-driven strategic thinking. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced and high caliber team in a vertical experiencing rapid growth and driving innovation for our Global Business Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop and manage client relationships, leverage strong analytical skills, and showcase product knowledge. The role requires deep relationships with day to day and C-Suite clients as well as strategic internal relationships with cross-functional partners in measurement, creative, engineering, marketing and product. With a deep understanding of performance marketing, this role will be expected to drive in quarter incremental revenue and execute customized learning agendas through alpha/beta solutions. Success in this position requires excellent analytical skills and storytelling through data to consistently challenge the norm. Ability to autonomously lead undefined work-streams and thrive in a dynamic environment is essential.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, Disruptors Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans, in partnership with Client Partner, to drive transformational client growth. Includes nuanced understanding of client's business, operations and organization as well as Meta's advertising tech stack and future product roadmap.

  2. Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions. Proactively be on the cutting edge of innovation through internal cross-functional team relationships with product, marketing science, creative shop, engineering, and beyond.

  3. Craft data-driven narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentation skills.

  4. Approaching a constantly changing business with optimism, speed, and authority

  5. Experience in designing, tracking, analyzing, and presenting test results

  6. Manage complex workstreams end to end and drive progress with limited oversight

  7. Oversee account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

  8. Prioritizing client and team face-time, with ability to travel for external and internal meetings and events as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles

  2. Advanced experience with spreadsheets and presentation development.

  3. Expertise in analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights.

  4. Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions

  5. Clearly communicates progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives. Can confidently deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  6. Influence, internal & external: Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing a diverse set of cross-functional teams including engineering, product, data science

  7. Interest for working with a team and eagerness to take on various roles in support of the broader team's goals

  8. Highly proficient in Ads Manager, Fame, Unidash, IDD, Tableau, and Scuba.

Public Compensation:

$85,000/year to $126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
