About The Role:

As a CBRE Client Consulting Sr Analyst, you will perform strategic corporate real estate consulting services for well-known corporate occupiers. You will work on a project team that develops practical and economical portfolio solutions through implementing real estate location strategies, portfolio optimization plans, benchmarking services, and organizational planning analyses.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Present financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables. Examples include market plans, site selection analysis, space utilization, portfolio scenarios, labor analysis, and state and local tax incentive research.

  • Support development of complex evaluations related to specific initiatives. This includes developing bespoke analyses and messaging them to client leadership and stakeholders to enable informed decisions.

  • Engage directly with clients to help manage project processes, timelines, and client expectations.

  • Support multiple client engagements or internal initiatives in parallel.

  • Conduct and present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients, review CRE organizational structure.

  • Review and document cost savings from regional and national initiatives.

  • Manage the budgeting process for client capital and operating expenses. Provide efficient and reliable service to clients.

  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Explain complex information to others in a straightforward manner.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • A background in commercial real estate, accounting, finance, or consulting is beneficial, but not required.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Proficiency with Excel preferred.

  • Proficiency with Argus helpful, but not mandatory

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10 travel days per month).

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Sr Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
