Description
We are seeking a Business Office Associate who is fluent in Korean to join a nonprofit organization located in Koreatown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office reception and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with patient financial screening and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Fully onsite position
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Assist with tasks as needed
Maintain an organized and clean reception area
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and document management
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
Fluency in Korean (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in office administration or reception
Attention to detail and ability to manage financial information accurately
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
