Reputable and friendly defense firm that values diversity seeks Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. The Litigation Attorney independently manage 25 complex litigation matters from inception through trial, draft motions, conduct legal research and case analyses, depositions, discovery, pre-trial work as well as the opportunity to second-chair trials! The firm offers a diverse and collaborative environment with excellent mentorship!

The firm is offering the Litigation Attorney a hybrid remote work schedule potential, low billable requirements, firm paid benefits, 401K and vacation time. We've placed attorneys and support staff who LOVE the firm's culture and environment!

Requirements

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Top notch academic credentials and references

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

• Foundational knowledge in Depositions

• Legal research experience highly desired

• Comprehensive knowledge of Litigation Attorney

• Civil Litigation Experience required

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
