UCLA Health Ambulatory Nursing Training Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

Description

The Ambulatory Nursing Training Coordinator ANTC reports to the Ambulatory Operations Manager The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Ambulatory Nursing Team. The ANTC will organize, develop, and source training program material to meet specific training needs. Assist training facilitators in developing training aids, manuals, and handbooks. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Handle logistics for training including reservation of venues, parking, and equipment. Coordinate off site training for new hires and collaborate with existing training programs throughout the Health System. Inform employees of training schedules and program changes. The ANTC is responsible for the coordination of information ensuring that all participants are informed and updated periodically about updated training material and curriculum. Ability to coordinate multiple training events simultaneously.

Salary range: 28.78-59.34 hourly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of experience/training

  • Working knowledge of training programs

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel & Word

  • Ability to create presentations utilizing Power Point and Vizio software

  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
