Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California. The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support within our industry. The successful candidate will be based in our office and will be responsible for various tasks ranging from answering inbound calls to scheduling appointments and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

• Responsible for precise data entry tasks, maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and timely.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

• Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating logistics as necessary.

• Ensure accurate customer credit records are maintained and updated as needed.

• Resolve customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

• Process customer credit applications, adhering to all internal protocols and regulations.

• Take detailed notes during meetings or calls, ensuring all pertinent information is accurately recorded for future reference. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls effectively

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to promptly respond to inquiries and resolve issues

• Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring all communications are clear and professional

• Proven ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings

• Exceptional note-taking skills, with the ability to accurately document and relay information

• Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an orderly work environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative and positive attitude

• Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure

• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
