Performs varied administrative and general office duties for the department of Radiation Oncology in the Keck School of Medicine. Composes and produces various business correspondence, reports, and coordinates periodic departmental events.

This position works closely with Department Chair and Department Administrator to support the mission of the department. This position will manage the Chair's, Chief's, and Senior Clinical Administrator's calendar, and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. Screens and prioritizes incoming calls, determining what contact or action is required for satisfactory disposition. Assists in maintaining office equipment and purchases, including reimbursements. This position will coordinate faculty affairs documentation and activities to include faculty recruitment, faculty appointments, credentialing, annual evaluations, and faculty clinic coverage, time surveys, on-call schedules, and leave calendars among various clinic sites. Responsible to assist with episodic projects to include promotion, tenure, and/or dossier document preparation. Coordinate and plan annual events as needed. Composes and produces a variety of business correspondence, reports, confidential documents and/or forms, and related materials. Maintain basic information on the Department's website. Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor's office and/or administrative department.

This position is set as a one year, fixed-term role.

The hourly rate range for this position is $25.00- $33.14.
