Description

We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations in the dynamic retail investment industry. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative work environment, providing exceptional service and innovative investment solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage invoices to ensure timely payments.

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks for data integrity and accuracy.

• Utilize Salesforce for tracking and reporting financial transactions and client information.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements to maintain transparency in financial operations.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly to avoid any financial issues.

• Support the finance team with general accounting tasks and projects as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Perform administrative duties related to accounting and finance to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail while handling client accounts and financial data.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP, and other accounting tools.

Requirements • Demonstrated competence in Account Reconciliation

• Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in Billing procedures

• Excellent Data Entry skills

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle financial software

• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software

• Familiarity with SAP financial software

• Candidates must have a strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
