Join our team as an Academic Human Resources Specialist and play a key role in enhancing our academic community. Your contributions will include:

• Develop and Implement Policies: Shape academic HR policies and ensure alignment with institutional goals.

• Manage HR Programs: Oversee academic recruitment, appointments, advancements, and faculty welfare programs.

• Administer Compensation and Benefits: Handle salary administration, benefits, and payroll with precision and care.

• Facilitate Visa Procurement: Provide essential support to our international faculty throughout the visa process.

• Enhance Faculty Development: Coordinate training, development, and address faculty misconduct and promote equity and inclusion initiatives.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about fostering a supportive and progressive academic environment.

Salary: $24.62 - $48.18 hourly

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training  

• Acquiring knowledge of and ability to apply / interpret organization and college policies and procedures which govern academic HR.

• Acquiring knowledge of organization, college, and departmental formal and informal policies and procedures, and understanding of variances to stated policies

• Acquiring knowledge of organization's human resource management system (HRMS) and other related business software programs and systems
