Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our Warehousing Distribution and Manufacturing Support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient distribution of products, and providing support to the manufacturing team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the warehousing and distribution operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control procedures are followed.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
