Mental Health Partners Case Manager | First Episode Psychosis in Longmont, United States

Our Case Manager for the first episode psychosis team (ASCENT), supports clients that are dealing with behavioral health challenges.

What we need for this job:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred or one-year experience in the behavioral health field for non-related Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working with adults and/or children in an outpatient setting

  • Must have current CO Driver’s License and a safe driving record

  • Your work location may fluctuate between the office and out in the community based client need situations, 5 days a week

This position will be posted, at minimum, until October 16th and may remain open until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
