Aerotek is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Longmont, CO!

Job Description

• As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machinery and preparing the necessary raw materials for the process.

• Your role will involve weighing, measuring, and preparing proper proportions for batches in a continuous process.

• You will make equipment adjustments to temperature, pressure or cycle time as needed and monitor these changes through a computer system. This role requires independent work after a thorough 6-month training period.

• In addition, you will be responsible for collecting samples, recording and keeping track of the product produced.

Shift & Pay:

• 2nd : 3PM-11:30PM (Monday-Friday $20-24, 10% shift differential)

• Overtime is required, will work 5 days per week and every other weekend

Pay: $20-24/hr (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)

Job Type

This is a permanent/direct placement position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Longmont, Colorado.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large, bustling facility with lots of walking involved. Please be aware that the environment can be dusty, and protective coveralls and steel-toed shoes (which will be provided) are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00
