Kelly Services Electrical Machine Assembly in Longmont, Colorado

Pay Rate: $28.00 hr. DOE.

Mid-Shift: 1pm to 11pm. + $1.00 Shift differential. Be off every other Friday.

Job Description

• Performing mechanical and electrical assembly, soldering, resistive welding, insulative coating, epoxy application, crimping, and wire harness assembly according to NASA/IPC space standards

•Utilizing electronic management systems for data storage and retrieval.

• Reading, comprehending, and working effectively with mechanical drawings and documentation including bills of materials, assembly drawings, work instructions, and equipment travelers

• Becoming certified and maintaining certification in NASA standards for Soldering, Cable, Polymeric applications

• Implementing aerospace best practices, meeting quality requirements, and space-flight work habits

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• 2-4 years of related experience in the aerospace or technical assembly field

• Experience working in clean room environments.

• IPC or NASA Standards preferred, but must be able to certify to NASA or IPC Standards in polymerics, soldering, and wiring

• Have a basic understanding of electronics and mechanical devices

• Are able to use VOMs and small hand tools and spot welder

• Have the ability to troubleshoot during assembly

• Have basic knowledge of Word and Excel

• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, bend, and twist
