We are seeking a dynamic, multilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Service Senior.
The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced, project-driven environment, continuously seeking to learn and improve processes. Fluency in Bengali and English (mandatory

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly with Excel

Required Skills
Fluency in Bengali and English (mandatory)
Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
Face-to-face customer service experience
Relationship building skills with co-workers and customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Responsibilities
Service taxi drivers at a walk-up window (9am to 6pm M-F)
Log customer visits in Salesforce Service Cloud
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Work efficiently under pressure
Identify service request trends and proactively seek solutions
Become a Subject Matter Expert in Curb-related operations
Take on new projects as directed

Strong writing skills
Taxi / For-Hire car services experience
Developing Standard Operating Procedures
Building business relationships with key accounts
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
