We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire position with opportunities for growth within the company. work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including tubes, fillers, lipstick, bars, jars, conveyors, carton machines, labelers, and other packaging machinery.

• Ensure compliance with GMP SOPs and other regulatory standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Assemble and build machines as necessary to support production needs.

• Collaborate with line operators and technicians to identify mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.

• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in the maintenance management system.

• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a cosmetics or food manufacturing environment is required.

• Proficiency in working with tubes, fillers, lipstick, bars & jars equipment.

• Understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Hands-on experience with conveyors, carton machines, labelers, and assembling/building machinery.

• Familiarity with GMP SOP standards is highly preferred.

• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and early shifts as needed.
