Summary of Job Function:Assists with the coordination of Medical Staff Office activities, including meeting management, data management, communication of incoming and outgoing information, and organization of social events.
Establishes and maintains positive professional communications with the Medical and Dental Staff, Administration, nursing staff, hospital departments and related health agencies.
Answering phones, receiving electronic communication.
Maintaining high degree of confidentiality
Cross train with the department to support operations of the Medical Staff Office
Comply with HIPPA and Corporate Compliance policies and procedures
Assist with presentations, meeting preparations, correspondence, and all project as assigned
Organize and manage meetings and social functions.
High School diploma and/or AA/AS degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in a healthcare settings preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel; Apple IOS, Constant Contact, and web based products
Must be able to utilize office equipment including: computer, copier, and multiple line telephone.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill set and personalities.
