Job Summary: As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face and voice of our company, helping customers both in person and over the phone. Your role will be key in delivering exceptional service and driving our growth.
Responsibilities: Engage with Customers: Welcome guests and handle inquiries with a warm smile, whether face-to-face or on the phone. Solve Problems: Tackle customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and resolve standard problems. Drive Revenue: Secure new and incremental revenue by promoting our products and services. Mobile Talents: This role may operate between three additional offices located in Pascagoula, Biloxi, and/or Gulfport, MS; you need reliable transportation to be successful. You may be eligible for mileage reimbursement based on location. Educate & Assist: Guide customers on using our products and help them navigate our services. Follow-Up: Make sure every issue is resolved to our customers' satisfaction and keep improving our service.
Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, and a few months in customer service. We value your willingness to learn! Skills: Outstanding communication, solid data entry, and computer skills. Comfortable with office equipment and handling money? Perfect! Knowledge: Eager to learn about our products and stay up to date with what we offer. Bilingual: Speaking Spanish is not a requirement, but it would be great!
