Job Description

Join our team as an LVN working in a clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care for geriatric patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our elderly population through your compassionate and professional care. Performing home visits and working from home.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid role, 75% home visits, 25% work from home.

MUST have: LVN License and verify online AND be BILINGUAL SPANISH. The population they are serving will be primarily Spanish speaking.

Nice to have: EMR experience with Athena

Locations: must be able to commute to wherever we need them to go.

• Located in NW Orange County (HB, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana), Long Beach, Central LA, East LA, 605 corridor (Whittier, Pico Rivera), DTLA

Start: ASAP once cleared (We are aiming no later than 10/7)

Culture: Company is looking for someone to make a footprint on the company long term. You need to be able to roll with the punches and go with the flow. They want to build out a team and keep everyone there long term! We want people who want to mold a new company and move up the ladder

WHY OPEN: Pilot program. 75% in the field and 25% at home. Now they want to get at least 4 more LVNs onboard to serve the field. When they are with the patient, they will virtually bring in the Physician.

Qualifications:

• LVN w/1 year experience is ideal

• MUST have reliable transportation

Certifications Required

• BLS/CPR required (from American Heart Association)

Details:

• Strong performers could transition into a FT role

• Guaranteed at least the 6 months

• LVN would be going to the home and get the provider on virtually to conduct a visit. The LVN would prep the chart, take vitals, might draw labs, complete some questionnaires, and provide the physician information regarding the patient. They might make visits w/o getting a provider on the phone.
