Join our vibrant team, a leading online retailer committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns. Experience with ZenDesk is required for this role.

Requirements

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

  • Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • ZenDesk Management: Utilize ZenDesk ticketing system to manage customer inquiries, track resolutions, and maintain detailed records.

  • Communication: Communicate with customers proactively regarding order status, shipping updates, and any potential delays or issues.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, logistics, and product teams, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all customer interactions and documentation.

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
