Randstad is partnering with a leading wealth management firm in Lone Tree, CO, to hire a Senior Project Manager. Candidate must be PMP certified and live in commutable distance as the team operates in-office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products and solutions by aligning with product strategy and customer needs. You'll support the development of business cases, gather business requirements, and oversee product development and deployment.

Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in Corporate Vendor Management (CVM), leading projects, optimizing processes, and enabling technology solutions. Quickly gain expertise in CVM systems to understand the impact of system changes and identify automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process reviews, ensuring alignment across teams. Provide technical solutions that drive automation and efficiency.

• System Enhancement: Support system/process improvements and the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by coordinating issue analysis and resolution.

• Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless implementation of system updates.

Project Leadership:

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, milestones, risks, and resources using best practices.

• Navigate organizational structures to influence decision-making and achieve business outcomes.

• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion
