JOB TITLE:

Network Real Estate Specialist

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• strong written and verbal Communication Skills

• Negotiation skills - 3-5 years negotiating cell site related leases, easements, amendments, etc.

• Organization and time management

• Triage and priority setting

• Business Acumen: Will be evaluating business transactions and recommending approval/denial of deals.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

• Google Mail expertise.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Ability to negotiate not only contracts, but deadlines and compromises with internal customers.

• Real Estate Background: Understanding of RE Interests, documents and instruments.

• Project Management

• Vendor Management

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree or 10 years wireless real estate experience.

• Real Estate license desired but not required.

LOGISTICS:

This is a full time position and schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Position will be required to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Lone Tree, CO.

responsibilities:

• Project manage the project, communicate with other groups on status in a timely manner

• Provide guidance to site acquisition vendors on deal terms.

• Manage Purchase Order process for vendors and outside counsel.

• Review contracts to establish cleint's rights as it relates to access and site modification activities.

• Engage and interact with In House Legal on LL disputes and other legal matters.

• Proactively establish a cadence for follow up with vendors on assigned work.

• Assist in administrative tasks as requested.

• Prepare lease packages for signature by approved signor
