Mediaocean Professional Services Consultant in London, United States

What you will do:

The Professional Services Consultant manages professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Professional Services Consultant will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Mediaocean platform suite

  • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Mediaocean platform suite

  • Perform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities

  • Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks

  • Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration

  • Provide clear guidance around data extracts from the Mediaocean application so clients can take advantage of third-party APIs

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Mediaocean direction

  • Participate in internal UAT activities as required

  • Maintain a good knowledge of the media/advertising industry and trends within the industry

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, training, or consulting, degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field a plus

  • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task

  • Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues

  • Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

  • Understanding of accounting principles

  • Customer service oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products

  • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred
