Join Our Dynamic Team as a Data Operations Specialist!

Location: Remote (Must reside within a 100-mile radius of London, KY)

Start with a competitive pay of $14.50/hour during training; ( then will move to piece rate when in Production -which is an increased hourly salary based on your speed and accuracy once you move into PRODUCTION !)

Shift Details:

• Training Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST

• Post-Training Hours: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST

• Overtime: Required as needed; occasional weekend shifts (rarely on Sundays)

As a Remote Data Entry/Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—processing documents, connecting with healthcare professionals, and ensuring flawless data entry. If you thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, we want YOU on our team!

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)

• Secure workspace with high-speed internet

• Ability to conquer a typing test

• Strong stamina for sitting and tackling overtime as needed

• Stellar organizational and note-taking skills

• Exceptional customer service and communication prowess

• Robust data entry skills and computer application experience

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process documents with precision

• Make outgoing calls to doctors’ offices to enhance service

• Navigate claims processing and document classification

• Handle a variety of document formats, from electronic to hard copy

• Sort, image, and archive documents like a pro

• Identify and create a comprehensive database of information

• Classify documents to meet contract specifications

• Key documents for hours, diving into overtime if needed

• Verify data from cutting-edge automated extraction tools

• Ensure smooth data transmission to the next level

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
