Job Description

Deliver a first-class workplace experience to internal colleagues by creating and maintaining a safe and friendly work environment. Act as a reliable point of contact, liaising with colleagues and contract partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily walkarounds, logging faults and issues for prompt resolution.

  • Quality-check paperwork to ensure compliance with audit and operational standards.

  • Attend operational meetings and maintain communication with the wider team.

  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, promoting a safe working environment.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, customers, and vendors.

  • Oversee suppliers in C&W areas, such as plant and coffee machine vendors.

  • Promote a "one team" culture, sharing best practices and attending regular team meetings.

  • Assist with customer and business needs as required.

  • Report for work on time, ready to start at the rotated shift.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid educational background.

  • Customer service experience (essential).

  • IT skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication at all levels.
