Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency.

How you will create an impact:

  • Manage the claims relationship on an assigned portfolio of multi-line, multinational accounts aligned to the Client Engagement distribution team.

  • Be an active team member in the acquisition of new business and to support the Client Directors with the servicing needs of AIG’s most strategic clients with regards to claims handling requirements.

  • Help to ensure that AIG are seen as the most valued insurer in the major client space.

  • Deliver claims capabilities and services to all assigned clients to assist in the retention of existing business.

  • Work with client directors on new and cross sell opportunities to designated clients and development clients and coordinate the claims process.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Broad claims experience with focus in the multinational risk managed space would be desirable.

  • Good relationship and stakeholder management attributes.

  • Good decision making and mediation skills and the ability to compromise in the right way.

  • Presentation and communication skills to promote the claims service to multiple audiences.
