Client Account Manager/Handler

As a Client Account Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Provide technical support to our UK Facultative production and placement teams.

  • Production of Facultative reinsurance slip contracts, endorsements and contract load to core systems.

  • Submission of contracts to market reinsurers, where required

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the teams’ business.

  • Supporting open market multi class placements, including both international and London market accounts.

  • Emphasis on the legal and contractual elements of a reinsurance contract.

    As a Client Account Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage own workload.

  • Excellent query resolution skills.

  • Ability to share knowledge with other colleagues.

  • Awareness of market issues.

  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a rapidly expanding cross class opportunity within our business.
