We're now hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) for our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This team is responsible for utilizing cutting-edge process improvement and automation frameworks to pursue operational excellence, drive Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), and minimize waste to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Drive coordination between technical teams and business representatives, consolidating technical solutions based on problem statements and translating business requirements into actionable plans.

  • Partner with global teams, including Marketing Ops, Social, data/tech partners, record-keeping/governance, and central program teams, to deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive-level narratives, reports, and documents.

  • Manage complex and competing deliverables by establishing working backwards timelines, identifying bottlenecks and dependencies, communicating and tracking progress, and compiling inputs from various contributors.

  • Leverage your expertise in technical program management, cross-functional collaboration, and process automation to drive operational excellence and support the growth of our business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of RPA initiatives, including managing project timelines, resources, and risks. Ensure projects are completed on time, within the estimated time, and to the required quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, such as business leaders, PV teams, and subject matter experts, across PV org to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress and outcomes effectively.

  • RPA Solution Design and Architecture: Work closely with the RPA development team to design and architect scalable, robust, and maintainable RPA solutions. Ensure the technical feasibility and alignment with the organization's business strategies.

  • RPA Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the RPA development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with the RPA development team to establish and optimize processes, tools, and best practices.

  • RPA Automation Planning and Prioritization: Work with business and tech stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

  • RPA Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance and effectiveness of RPA implementations, and implement optimization strategies to maximize the benefits and return on investment (ROI).

  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze RPA-related reports, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams

  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

  • Experienced in managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects, leveraging your expertise to drive process optimization and automation. Proficient in the use of the RPA tool UIPath.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

  • Working experience on RPA Tools (UIPath/Automation Anywhere)
