Amazon Shipping is looking to hire an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Strategy & Integration team leading on the business and operations integration program for Amazon Shipping in EU.

You will be part of the core team that will be building the Amazon Shipping Operations integration strategy and implementation plan across all EU. You will help design and shape the Amazon shipping product, engaging and influencing multiple Operations stakeholders to build a shipping service provider which our customers love.

Key job responsibilities

  • Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Business, Product and Operations teams.

  • Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and new market segments.

  • Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical programs are being delivered on schedule and to the standards expected.

About the team

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon’s delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping’s first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Experience leading process improvements
