We are looking for an exceptional leader who is passionate to deliver best-in-class customer experience, who thinks and acts globally, and who has the ability to simplify processes to join us as a Learning Experience Designer [LXD] for Prime Video Trust & Safety.
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will play a vital role in assessing the current learning journey of the operators, identifying opportunities to standardize onboarding experience and drive parity across Operations, and implementing the right training processes and solutions to accelerate the learning curve and enhance a holistic learning experience. You will identify current learning experience pain points and gaps, invent new training solutions and simplify processes in partnership with business stakeholders across teams globally.
We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional learning experiences, thinks globally, can take ownership of key projects, and has the ability to contribute to innovative ideas. This role will independently manage implementation across a curriculum, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Learning Management System (LMS) execution, owning communications for global stakeholders, content users and program leads from needs analysis, through implementation, and feedback collection, managing these trainings and meetings effectively.
Key job responsibilities
Identify new learning technology and tools to minimize the development and deployment time and maximize learning effectiveness
Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
Assess current learning experiences of the team – Operators, Managers and ICs
Identify pain points and gaps in the current learning experience
Establish feedback mechanisms to identify improvement opportunities
Design, develop and launch scalable training processes, solutions for post onboarding support, content building and leadership development programs
Partner with Operations team, program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs against required training timelines
Conduct stakeholder and SME interviews to determine, recommend and document project instructional standards, learner engagement strategies and evaluation plan
Design and develop course content included but not limited to measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and knowledge assessments
Utilize ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick and other recognized models to rapidly design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online and virtual modalities with continuous evaluation/improvement cycles for the course content
Support LED goals and initiatives
About the team
The LED (Learning Experience and Leadership Development) team is responsible for driving high quality learning journey content for our associates located across the globe. This includes entire learning lifecycle of an operator, creating engaging processes and tool content, building tool kits, coordinating leadership development programs and performance support aids for all global sites.
Basic Qualifications
Experience of program or project management, including owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience explaining complex topics to a novice audience
Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes
Demonstrated adult learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training
Experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Learning Technology eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Vyond, and Captivate and other video editing and graphic design software
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field
Experience in instructional design within a related field (big data, speech and language data, etc.) is a plus
Industry certifications in leadership development, instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate
Experience working in a scrum-based development cycle
Experience working on a fast-paced Instructional Design team
Experience working on a leadership development team
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone
Designing and delivering central knowledge bases and in-app learning solutions.
Psychometric and Personality assessments, Understanding of adult learning theory and course facilitation; trained in coaching.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders
