Your opportunity

  • Work closely with the relevant TPA(s) ensuring that the levels of oversight and monitoring of controls and processes are set and performed rigorously, to the required levels.

  • Establish and maintain a close and effective working relationship with our third party providers.

  • Work with our partners in Distribution and Product consistently, reacting to and understanding new or changing business needs. You will actively help to deliver change and provide/adapt operational support/models, within regulatory guidelines. that will help grow AUM & revenue.

  • You will review and analyse MI in order to identify service issues as early as possible and design/ deliver on continuous improvements to CX.

  • Prepare meaningful monthly management information reporting.

  • Work closely with potential clients ensuring all operational issues are discussed/ agreed and set-up lines of communication.

  • Ensure timely review and sign off of regulatory reporting.

  • Manage and resolve any queries from internal and external parties utilising the team resources.

  • Keep abreast of any new developments/trends within the market place.

  • Champion new ideas to raise processes to ‘Best Practice’ and align them across jurisdictions.

  • Provide back-up and support to the Senior Client Operations Manager as appropriate.

  • To help implement and oversee regulatory changes like 5th AML.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

  • Degree level education and meaningful professional qualifications or some industry experience including people management experience

  • Consistent record of managing an outsourcing relationship and managing an Oversight Team

  • Proven track record of supporting direct clients, institutional clients and platforms

  • Strong product knowledge of UK / Luxembourg and Irish market
