As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the support and delivery of our Enterprise Imaging managed service across multiple NHS hospitals including delivery of contracted service commitments & continual service improvements.

Primary Responsibilities :

§ Establish and build relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring their needs are understood and met

§ Drive operational success working with the wider Change Healthcare team to ensure Key Performance Indicators and contractual commitments are met.

§ Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.

§ Deliver service reporting, and host regular SLA reviews.

§ Drive up-selling of products (e.g. services, hardware/applications, licenses etc.)

§ Supervise escalation process, manage incidents, problems and customer communications

§ Review and arrange relevant customer training

§ Provide single point of contact for customer within Change Healthcare

§ Retention and growth of support/service revenue

§ Management of change requests and third party services

Required Qualifications :

§ Qualified to degree level or by experience in business information technology or computer science.

§ Experience in technical support, preferably in the medical imaging industry.

§ Management of IT service delivery, preferably in a Healthcare market.

§ Strong understanding of Radiology Imaging Workflow.

§ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, ability to address difficult situations, build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships.

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

§ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
