We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager, with proven experience in thought leadership, and detailed execution to lead, expand, and grow Amazon’s B2B core services product management, and invoicing experience for our small business segment in the EU, based in Luxembourg. As the person responsible for Amazon’s pan-EU B2B core services product management strategy and roadmap, you will support setting the direction, and leading the team to redefine how business customers acquire the products they need in all countries throughout Europe. This leader will have WW responsibility of the invoicing and reconciliation experience for Amazon Business small business customers, playing a key role in influencing and defining the overall long-term strategy for the Amazon invoicing experience. As a senior leader in the WW Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for guiding the company’s efforts to develop, launch and scale our emerging Amazon Business feature set and functionality, with a sharp focus on addressing the unique needs of business customers in each geography. The experienced Sr. Product Manager will work closely with the US-based product management and engineering team along with other Amazon teams to implement a strategy that is coordinated across all B2B initiatives at Amazon. This role can be based in Luxembourg, Milan, Paris, London, Madrid or Munich. Come join our Amazon B2B team and help build the next big business at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Start with the customer and work backwards to define the set of invoicing features to address business customer needs Worldwide.

• Define the overall core services product management, and invoice experience for Amazon’s small business customers

• Work closely with the global B2B product management team to establish and develop the long-term roadmap to grow Amazon B2B

• Work cross-functionality with a diverse set of Amazon teams including Technology, , Retail, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Tax, Finance and Customer Service to deliver on shared goals

• Identify blockers and solve through creative problem solving, effectively escalating across all levels in the company when required

• Design customer engagement processes that address the various customer segments including sole proprietors and small market enterprises

• Establish and deploy policies to reduce invoicing administrative and reconciliation costs for Amazon Business customers.

• Build effective mechanisms for providing internal feedback and external, voice of customer feedback to development teams

• Develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to objectively track progress to goals and to provide customer insights

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product management role in a relevant industry.

• Proven experience in leadership roles across detail oriented functions, such as product or program management, account management, and customer engagement.

• Experience developing product solutions, preferably in the B2B procurement space.

• Demonstrated ability to influence others, both internally and externally.

• Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proven track record of success in roles of increasing responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master's degree or equivalent

· Proficiency with SQL and data analysis
