About the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be based out of our London HQ, supporting the B2B and International Business for Gap Inc. This person will be responsible for delivering and optimizing a consistent best in class digital marketing experience of pureplay partners for Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta and Old Navy.

The Senior Manager, Digital will provide strategic direction to Pureplay partners (i.e., Zalando, Dafiti, Zalora, AboutYou and more), ensuring our brand’s vision and direction are communicated in their markets through seasonal strategies, marketing performance and excellent execution of campaigns. Own strategy and implementation - as well as relationships with partners - and excite them about our brands’ rich history. You will own the marketing budget and full execution of campaigns on partner websites. This role will innovate and ideate to unlock future Pureplay growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for bringing Gap, Old Navy, Athleta & Banana Republic brands to life for all Pureplay partners globally.

  • Build brand awareness & growing the customer base to help impact open to buy.

  • Own relationship with Pureplay partners: frequent conversations with partners to find new ways to unlock growth through online marketplace campaigns and influencer events.

  • Evolve and optimize the seasonal marketing process for all pureplay accounts. Own brand & external partner onboarding process for all four brands.

  • Own and localize all campaigns in tandem with activity from the Gap Inc portfolio (Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta & Old Navy).

  • Own and manage budgets for all accounts with marketing spend, whilst working to agreed targets and forecast in conjunction with Finance & Pricing team.

  • Support new business opportunities and process. Own new and existing contractual agreements for PP marketing.

  • Manage and negotiate marketing opportunities with Pureplay Partners. Test and trial - bringing new and innovative ideas back to our Franchise team.

  • Build and own strong relationships with the cross functional teams (Product, Strategic Account Management, Finance, Pricing & Strategy).

  • Create strong relationship with finance and pricing stakeholders - educate and influence the business around our digital marketing strategy and budget requirements.

  • Responsible for supporting traffic & sell through performance on partners’ sites.

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis of other brands, including product offering and promotional activities of key competitors in order to insure optimal digital marketing activity;

  • Experience in managing digital marketing activity and customer growth

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing

  • Knowledge of web analytic tools and experience in reporting
