We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Partner to join our team and be a trusted advisor to our largest and most committed clients.

As an experienced Cloud specialist you are be able to demonstrate a track record of defining, migrating and operating cloud environments and application infrastructure. You will be able to focus on defining a business outcome with the client and positioning the NTT portfolio to ensure the most relevant service is positioned to meet the defined objectives.

Our Mulit-Cloud and Application managed service portfolio is comprehensive leveraging Public Cloud services and our relationships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure as well as utilising our own global private cloud offering managed through NTT’s secure datacenters and network.

Due to growth we are now looking to hire a Senior Client Partner to join our successful Managed Cloud Services team.

Working in one of our high performance pursuit teams this is a quota carrying sales role, where you will be the opportunity owner for high-value complex services and lead the end-to-end sales process. With each opportunity you’ll have the support of an experienced virtual team from across our business and will lead, drive and motivate both sales, technical and commercial resources.

In this role you will:

· As an opportunity owner for complex services, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, partnering with client managers, architects, portfolio owners, and other internal stakeholders to drive the best client outcomes. You will be given a sales quota and a competitive commission structure.

· Craft all commercial models, helping negotiate and construct complex, multi-year deals to ensure win/win solutions for both the client and NTT.

· Oversee the end-to-end scope of client projects, coordinating proposals from various parts of the NTT business and collaborating to close the opportunity.

· Constantly generate new demand by building trusted client relationships and creating new opportunities through all of our channels to market.

· Engage closely with our strategic alliance partners to ensure value is maximised for both our customers and for NTT.

· Share your learnings, client, and industry knowledge with the team and coach others where relevant.

Skills Summary

What will make you a good fit for the role?

• Have an impressive track record of positioning the value of platform-delivered services to medium or large enterprise clients.

• Have experience structuring and closing large, profitable multi-year deals using various sales tools and methodologies.

• Are skilled at consultative selling with a business outcome-led approach.

• Can comfortably understand financial statements and metrics, including revenue, expense control, and growth.

• Are an independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Thrive on engaging with C-suite clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships.

• Have some formal credentials, such as a commercial or technical degree or sales-related qualification such as Scotworks. If you have any formal Cloud-related qualifications, even better!
