Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our award-winning Public Affairs team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading experts, develop integrated campaigns, and grow your career in a truly global agency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising Clients: Use your deep understanding of the political landscape to help clients navigate challenges, shape strategy, and influence stakeholders effectively.

• Creating Impactful Campaigns: Work alongside media and digital specialists to deliver integrated public affairs campaigns that achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Monitoring and Research: Stay on top of political developments, analyze key policy changes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

• Driving Business Growth: Network, participate in pitches, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts or win new business.

• Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with our diverse team of political advisors, campaigners, and strategists in the UK, Brussels and Washington, to deliver excellence.

• Shaping the Future: Play a pivotal role in evolving our Public Affairs offering.

What we’re looking for :

• Political Passion: A genuine interest in politics and public affairs. First-hand experience in Parliament, government, agency, in-house, or charity roles is highly desirable.

• Versatile Skillset: A strong communicator, policy expert, and advisor who can bring fresh ideas and insights to the table.

• Excellent Writing Skills: Analytical, accurate, and persuasive writing ability is essential for the role.

• Commercial Mindset: An ability to connect policy shifts to commercial impacts and communicate the “so what” to clients effectively.

• Entrepreneurial: A curiosity and drive to embrace new opportunities and grow within a fast-paced, global agency.
