Aon are currently recruiting an Account Handler / Broker to join our Israel FAC team in London. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for: producing and/or providing quality checks in respect of documentation and transactional activities required to support the placement of business.

What the day will look like
Collecting and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations
Working in partnership with the Senior Brokers in the marketing of placing reinsurance, involving communication with clients and reinsurers
Review and check reinsurance or insurance documentation to ensure that it satisfies client requirements and other standards (e.g. regulatory).
Populating and maintenance of data within Aon’s IT systems.
Production and maintenance of Facility bordereaux and records.
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education to at least A level standard and possibly with Market experience.
A willingness to learn, or have entry level Technical (re)insurance knowledge
Excellent attention to detail.
Great communication skills.
Data analysis abilities.
Good level of IT competency (Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word)
Some experience of working in a client-facing environment
Ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to
