PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
A successful PMO establishes a strong governance structure for synchronized execution, applying templates, processes and standards for all projects and programs within the portfolio. The PMO quantifies needs, manages demand, prioritizes efforts, coordinates dependencies, assesses and reports on execution, and mitigates risk across projects.
You will draw on relevant experiences to manage multiple complex global projects ensuring that key deliverables are met, on time, on budget and in scope.
The ideal candidate will have experience across technology and digital transformations and with an excellent understanding of project management methodologies and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Collaborates with Program and Project Managers, as well as a variety of stakeholders
End-to-end Project Management, overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
Defining high, mid and low-level project plans (using MS Office/MS Project or similar)
Facilitates workshops, interviews and project meetings
Project Governance, Risk management and mitigation
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Consultants must be available immediately to start within one month
Bachelor’s Degree or further education
Project Management Certification desirable (eg. PRINCE2/PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma)
Previous experience in a highly matrixed, multinational environment
Experience working as part of a global, cross-functional team in multiple geographic regions and working with all levels.
