We are seeking an innovative and analytical Operations Program Manager in London to join our global team and support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team by designing operational processes, building mechanisms, and reducing risk across current processes. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

This Operations Program Manager will launch and enhance Europe-based operational workflows by identifying focus areas and implementing improvements, liasing with our global policy and program teams, anticipate risks, manage regional escalations, and overcome technical constraints with alternate short/medium term solutions.

This role will work closely with Operations, Quality, T&S Program, Policy, Product, Legal, and leadership to build cross-functional programs and policies. This role will work with global stakeholders thus schedule flexibility will be required to accommodate multiple time zones, including Bangalore, Dubai, and Seattle.

Key job responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about data, have a track record of metrics implementation, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making. The candidate will regularly dive deep into manual processes to identify trends and build systemic solutions with appropriate mechanisms to ensure adequate guard rails.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

London, GBR

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience supporting classification, compliance or trust & safety and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.

• Multiple years of experience in driving end to end delivery

• Knowledge of UK content compliance classification and/or BBFC experience

• Extensive years of experience working cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital video streaming

• Knowledge of UK content compliance

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience and strong interest in Operations, content compliance and accuracy.

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

• Proven problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

• Strong critical and analytical thinking;

• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
