The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially ambitious individual to join an award-winning company which is breaking new ground in developing people through vocational learning. As Marketing Operations Manager - ABM, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of our account-based marketing funnel. Your primary focus will be to manage propensity and engagement scoring models, and the broader funnel infrastructure, ensuring that the business is identifying and targeting the right accounts at the right time. You will act as the product owner for Demandbase, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms in our tech stack, and enabling data-driven insights for stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Account Management teams.

You will play a critical role in managing the data flow, ensuring insights are provided to teams who will drive engagement with key accounts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Demandbase Ownership : Serve as the product owner of Demandbase, managing the platform to ensure it is optimised for identifying and scoring target accounts.

  • ABM Strategy & Execution : Lead the operational framework of the ABM funnel, focusing on ensuring we identify and prioritise accounts based on their propensity to convert.

  • Tech Stack Integration : Manage the integration of Demandbase with other marketing and sales tools to ensure data is flowing seamlessly between platforms.

  • Data Insights & Reporting: Oversee the flow of data (first and third party intent data and engagement data) and insights from Demandbase to key stakeholders and teams

  • Scoring & Propensity Models : Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of engagement and scoring models to ensure all teams are focusing on the right accounts at the right time. Working with and managing technical internal and external stakeholders to achieve this.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ABM operations with broader marketing and sales strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring : Track key performance metrics and provide insights to support the continuous optimisation of ABM operations.

  • Operational Efficiency & Process Management : Establish and refine operational processes across marketing teams to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with sales strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

    About You:

  • Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of ABM platforms (especially Demandbase) and CRM systems.

  • Data Management & Analysis: Strong data management skills with experience in managing account scoring models, data flows, and generating actionable insights.

  • Marketing Operations: Demonstrated experience in managing the integration of marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms).

  • Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights that influence business development efforts

    Experience and Skills:

    Essential :

  • 3-5 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or ABM, with a strong understanding of ABM methodologies and platforms like Demandbase.

  • Experience managing data integrations and insights in a B2B environment.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.

    Desirable :

  • Experience working with enterprise-level ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.

  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.
