How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Identifying & Qualifying New G&S opportunities in accordance of the structure of GCG Client spend strategic, Spend, Middle Spend and Tail Spend) & associated P2P and/or S2P.in the GCG clients portfolio. This identification and Qualification will have to be made in cross selling with the CLM in charge of the client.

  • Driving a transformational short- & medium-term G&S sales pipeline, focusing on daily follow-up, and action plan to accelerate negotiation process & time to market.

  • Leading Complex Consultative negotiations, with Finance /Treasury and procurement Departments, to better understand the client P2P/S2P & Financing context, needs and pains to better position the American Express Value proposal.

  • Building Robust commercial offers, development of commercial and financial offers in collaboration with our Risk, Pricing, Finance teams

  • Implementing & Deploying Deals with the support of all European Implementation teams.

  • Achieving New Business plan, based on European G&S growth, monitoring the monthly transactions in accordance with the predefined Potential Charge Volume.

  • Collaborating Internally & Networking Externally, with all internal Sales, CLM & business partner teams (Risk, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Servicing, etc ...) as well as with external finance organizations (Brokers, consultants, consulting firms, investment funds, ...) and procurement associations to continue developing our expertise and market network.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Background, master’s degree with an experience of 5 to 10 years of business development in the procurement & finance/treasury environment to Global & large Corporations with robust track record and successes.

  • P2P/S2P Business Intelligence, strong expertise, and knowledge of procurement (P2P/S2P) environment & challenges for large & global corporation as well as the competitive landscape.

  • Project Management, significant experience and expertise of complex project management with Large & Global corporation in the P2P environment,

  • Customers Focus, demonstrating strong skills in engagement and collaboration of Global & Large profile of customers.

  • Teamwork, having a strong team spirit and like working in a matrix organization in close collaboration with other commercial team & multiple internal business partners.

  • Negotiation Skill, Robust experience of negotiations with global & Large organization with matrix process of decision making and C-level profile of contacts.

  • Solution Focus, analytical approach is resolutely based on the solutions selling.

  • Results driven/Culture of Performance, strong culture of KPIs monitoring & drive, Resilience, tenacity, focus on delivering winning strategies.

  • Network Animation, ability to create and develop effective network of contacts internally and externally.English Language, Experience & practice of English language in Internal and external meeting
