What You Will Do

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance and streamline workflow processes.

  • Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that align with organizational goals.

  • Proactively analyze current workflows to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower team members with new Lionbridge processes and tools.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the impact of changes and continuously refine strategies.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

  • Foster a culture of adaptability and innovation within the organization.

  • Evangelize localization best practices, raising awareness of localization processes, requirements, timelines and impact with cross-functional partners.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 5+ years’ experience in project/program management or account management within the LSP industry .

  • Experience defining best in class localization processes and products.

  • Change management frameworks and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex programs and outstanding organizational skills and agility.

  • Ability to establish instant credibility and be a leader who both speaks and acts with confidence.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proven project management skills and be a motivated self-starter.

  • Ability to engage with customers as a Customer Success leader: understand customers’ business needs and challenges.

  • To be the primary communication link and escalation path across assigned customer program.

  • Consistently drive excellent customer experience and service.

  • Fluency in English. Fluency in additional languages would considered as advantage.

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience would be considered as an advantage.
