What you will do

As a Lead Client Accountable executive (CAE), you will be the trusted partner with industry and client knowledge to build, maintain and leverage relationships that result in top client performance and business growth for both Oracle Health and the client. You will be a dependable advisor responsible for our clients achieving shared success of a current and future roadmap, embracing population health management strategies to deliver the aims of ICSs, and realising meaningful outcomes that improve health and care delivery.

This is a highly visible role within Oracle Health. You will develop and nurture strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the regional health and social care system, and as the client lead for Oracle Health you will work closely with our senior leadership. You will be the key client contact and liaison, managing and facilitating client relationships, expectations and requirements, and an advocate for Oracle Health’s vision to improve healthcare. You will oversee all Oracle health-related engagements and opportunities in the region, including developing strategy, contracting, implementation, delivery and messaging.

To support the traction and progress Oracle Health has within the UK health system, you will actively work with clients to demonstrate the benefits of digitalisation and data, and jointly develop referenceable case studies that bring to life the impact on patients and care givers through the improvement of care delivery. You will plan and lead strategic road mapping sessions, propose solutions and services tailored to their needs and vision, and support clients through robust cases that articulate their why, return on investment, value and benefits.

Career Level - IC4

Responsibilities

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience

  • 6 years additional relevant work experience including:

  • At least 3 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • Experience of building relationships with NHS Trust Executive Board members or similar, and senior clinicians

  • Experience working with an electronic patient record

Preferred experience

  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium

  • Experience working with Population Health Management systems and executing strategy

Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
