You will be part of Tradeweb’s Integration team supporting and operating Tradeweb’s cutting edge electronic trading and regulatory reporting platforms. Clients across 65 countries use these platforms to trade $42.6 trillion daily. You and your team will be responsible for continued growth and operational excellence of the platform.

You will be part of a dynamic high performing team responsible for the ongoing development, rollout and implementation of integration services in Europe covering both pre and post trade integration. You will also gain exposure to Tradeweb’s Automated Intelligent Execution Tool (AiEX) supporting customers with their go live onto Tradeweb.
You and your team will be responsible for everything from working with customers through to monitoring and troubleshooting the platform itself.
Team Responsibilities:
The TechOps Integration team encompasses two key areas of our integrated customers. Each Team member works on both areas developing an all rounded understanding of the Tradeweb integration platform end to end.
Onboarding/Customer relationship
Daily running of all integration projects across all asset classes
Assist clients with queries about how the platform works including platform APIs as well as provide ongoing 2 nd /3 rd line technical and operational support to external and internal customers
Role includes support, certification, requirements analysis and documenting, writing requirements for development and managing delivery of such projects
Proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb’s client/dealer community, looking for ways to improve customer service, innovation and maintaining good working relationships on a day-to-day basis.
Identify potential growth opportunities for integrated clients
Clear and accurate project management, to include up to date record keeping of all pending projects
Understand and document all client and vendor workflows
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stakeholder priorities are met
Operational
Develop a good understanding of the pre and post trade integration systems as well as AiEX systems in order to manage stakeholders
Troubleshoot and identify solutions and workflows for clients to help increase business potential
Monitor the integrated applications within the system both intraday, SOD and EOD
Look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures, potentially with automation
Manage issues in a timely and accurate manner with different stakeholders, own such issues and deliver them
Work with internal teams to ensure that the Integrated systems are able to adapt to the increased flow from Tradeweb’s customers
Support the TechOps team in ensuring that Disaster Recovery tests are successful
Work as a team to learn and grow together
Qualifications
Bachelors in a science, technology engineering or math.
Experience of delivering to tight deadlines
A keen interest in automation
Project management experience
Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills
Experience of managing client queries and problems
Issue management/Multi-tasking
Basic scripting skills in languages like Perl/Python/PowerShell
An interest in working with FIX and other APIs
Good understanding of networking concepts eg: proxies,ssl,tls,tcpprotocols
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Hands-on approach with ability to deliver to commitments
A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge, with a growth mindset and able to develop junior members in the team
Proven ability to work as part of a team and with other teams
Results oriented and motivated to deliver excellent client service
Desirable
Fixed income market knowledge
Experience of working in a high-pressure environment preferably DevOps or Front office application support and deliver to tight deadlines
Development experience in OOPs languages
Experience of using Grafana/PagerDuty
Experience using Wireshark
Basic FIX knowledge
Basic SQL knowledge
The candidate will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern covering the European trading day which are currently from 07:30am to 6:00pm. This responsibility is rotated around the team.
The shifts are to ensure coverage for the European market trading hours. System checkouts are required before the market start for each location and handovers to be provided after market close. The market trading hours are always subject to change and the team is required to be flexible to accommodate.
Occasional weekend work will be required.
