The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The Finance Data Quality Manager is a senior level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to deliver Data Quality improvements for Finance through simplification of business processes and implementation of Controls in coordination with the Technology and Business teams. This role will be placed within the Finance Technology group.

Senior Vice President in GFT, is dynamic individual responsible for the management of a broad suite of applications and stakeholders globally. In this role, the successful candidate will liaise closely with Technology, Operations, Vendor and Business partners to manage and co-ordinate all elements of Data Quality improvement. He or she will successfully implement simplified process flows and new effective Controls within Company's technology landscape in a fully compliant manner. The successful candidate will be data driven, highly detail-oriented, and have very strong stakeholder management skills. Expert verbal and written communication are key requirements of the role, as is the ability to manage and execute on large-scale process improvements. In addition, the successful candidate would also be expected to have very strong people management skills.
Be the Data Quality Lead for Finance, engaging with leadership and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of correct data management practice across busines.
Understand business processes that are driven using data to document the data life cycle and to ensure that this lifecycle complies with the Data Quality standards of the bank.
Be the champion of Data Quality standards (including Governance). Maintain working relationship with all data users, actively driving engagement, adoption, and usage of correct data standards.
Capture business requirements for implementing Data Standards that at a technology layer, can be deployed to improve business efficiency. This will include assisting in the creation and delivery of a business simplification roadmap to enable the business to maximise the potential of the use of data across the business.
Help build positive relationships with technology and business to ensure that our KPIs are met from a Data Standards perspective.
Help to derive business intelligence to make the right business decisions. Help to establish good reporting knowledge with the key stakeholders to enable the business to report on KPIs for Data Quality.
Assist in the planning and delivery of change management to improve Data Quality as part of the Finance Transformation program.
Act as the Finance central point of liaison, communications and coordination between technical teams and other stakeholders.
Maintain overall control and accountability for the schedule and the delivery from application
Good at building relationships and proven ability to influence and drive delivery across a geographical distributed organization
Ability to communicate and discuss data quality topics with both technical and business audiences.
Manage all risk and compliance aspects of the application portfolio
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and processes for portfolio of applications
Drive engineering excellence initiatives to improve the application portfolio
Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a group of Business Analysts and technical resources in UK, USA, and India.
Evaluate and implement rationalisation strategies to consolidate processes where appropriate
Ability to build trusted relationships with business partners, team members and leadership at various levels.
Data driven with strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify and present opportunities and measure success.
Nurturing disagreement and the courage to change course.
Recruit and cultivate top talent by driving technical and leadership development. Essential Skills & Experience:
Prior experience of working in large banks, either directly or through vendors.
Good understanding of Citi ecosystem and the various business groups.
Significant involvement in the design and delivery of solutions for one of the large banks, preferably Citi.
Comprehensive understanding of the Finance ecosystem and the processes involved in the Finance Close.
Experience in handling Data Quality improvements. Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Business Analysis and design of Solution Architecture.
Experience in Data Quality improvement
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
Comfortable in communicating with Business, Technology and Management.
Concise written and verbal communication
Ability to make presentations to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
