What you will do as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager

  • Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, bar and terrace, 10 meeting spaces, and room service.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

  • Take an active lead in the hiring, training, and development of F&B colleagues.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage products. Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality products and ingredients.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage.
