What you will do as a Events Head Chef

• Creating bespoke menus tailored to each event, ensuring creativity and quality.

• Overseeing food preparation and presentation during events, maintaining high standards.

• Overseeing and coordinating kitchen colleagues, ensuring efficient and effective service.

• Managing food costs, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.

• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and maintaining proper sanitation practices.
