Energy Transition Leader

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office

What the day will look like
In conjunction with both London and Global Leadership
Develop a clear strategy plan for advancing Aon’s capabilities and delivery of revenue growth into the future .
Define roles and responsibilities for team members across all the disciplines
Deliver a consistent marketing plan to highlight Aon’s skills . Keeping Aon at the forefront of the discussion on transition , through all media avenues .
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Demonstrate previous experience in developing and implementing a successful Sales strategy
Previous experience leading a diverse team
Demonstrate Project management skills / Working to deadlines / delivering results
Ability to develop and implement an effective Business Plan, identifying/ opportunity/revenue/resource requirements
Demonstrate stakeholder management skills.
